These qualities have made her one of her of real estate's consistent top producers.  In 2005 she earned Dilbeck's "Award of Distinction" for outstanding production. In 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009, Judy received Dilbeck's prestigious "Award of Achievement" and was also named in 2006 as one of her office's top three outstanding sales associates. For 2010, Judy again earned the top three designation, along with an Award of Achievement plus a Winners' Circle award for outstanding sustained production.  She also earned a Premier Service Award, a customer service designation measured by surveys of past clients. In 2011, Judy joined John Aaroe Group, in order to have more presence in the mid-Valley communities of Studio City, Toluca Lake, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, Valley Glen, and the hillside communities. "I am continually fascinated by how complex and transformational the process of buying or selling a home can be. Prior to listing a home for sale, Judy furnishes sellers with a free, honest, no-obligation written comparative market analysis and marketing plans. The internet is always changing, and Judy is tops in her field in internet marketing. Her clients have been delighted by her comprehensive, results-oriented approach. Judy also believes her buyer clients benefit far more from her educational, consultative method than high-pressure sales tactics. Judy became a real estate professional not long after buying her own first home in Burbank. Even though she had already purchased, she never stopped looking at listed homes and found that she enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others. Additionally, as a long-time legal assistant for large, national law firms, she was well prepared for the challenging detail and contractual aspects of real estate sales. Originally from Arizona, her past employment history also includes entertainment industry experience and professional fundraising for educational and arts foundations. She has lived in Burbank for over 30 years and is married to writer Steve Fisher.  Steve is the author of "The World is Your Litterbox,"published by Sterling Press in 2008, "The World Is Still Your Litterbox," published in 2010, and The World is Your Litterbox: Deluxe Edition in 2013. In her spare time, Judy enjoys traveling with Steve.  In recent years, they took a cruise to Alaska, enjoyed several Hawaiian islands, visited NYC several times, visited Paris a few times with one side trip to the Normany beaches, and visited Savannah and Charleston.  Judy just returned from a trip to Spain.
